Ingredients
- Brown 1 1/2# of hamburger
- Brown 4 Medium Onions
- Brown 1 med head of cabbage(you can substitute sauerkraut)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, drain grease leaving enough to cover the bierocks before baking. Add salt to mixture to taste.
Make bread dough or you can buy bierock squares at Klemas or Dillons. Make squares about 4"x4" and 1/8" thick, place filling in the middle of squares, pinch edges together. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown on top.
Makes about 24.
