Cottage Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 8-12 oz pkg wide or crinkly noodles
- 3 pt small dry curd cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 bundle green onion tips chopped small
- 1/4 c finely chopped onions(you can use the ends of green onions)
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 8 oz half & half
Directions
Boil noodles until done & drain. Put into casserole dish. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, diced onion & green onion tips, sour cream,add salt & pepper to taste, pour over noodles. Stir through the mixture until well mixed. Pour 4-8 oz (to taste) of half & half over mixture. Bake at 350 until good & bubbly approx 30 min. Uncover casserole for last 10 min of baking.
