Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 1/2 lbs grated American Cheese
- 1 1/4 c sifted flour
- 2 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Cream butter or margarine until light, then add cheese & blend well. sift flour & garlic salt together, add to creamed mixture. Put through a cooky press, or make into any desired shaped. Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
These are especially good with party salads or your family may like them with soup.
