Cheesy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 4 c (32oz) frozen hash browns
- 1/2 gal chicken broth
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c carrots
- 4 tbsp parsley flakes
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 large cans chopped stewed tomatoes
Directions
Bring above ingredients to a boil for 15 minutes, then add:
- 3 c milk
- 2 lbs Velveeta Cheese
