Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 2 c oatmeal
Topping:
- 12 oz Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 2-4 tbsp milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter & sugars. Add eggs & peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (excluding topping ingredients) & mix until evenly blended. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish. Press mixture evenly into the pan. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cover immediately with chocolate chips and allow chips to melt, spread them evenly. Blend together powered sugar, peanut butter & milk until smooth. Spread topping mixture evenly over the melted chocolate chips making a swirl pattern.
Cool, cut & serve.
Tip: This is the ideal take-along dessert for picnics, family reunions & church suppers.
