Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9" baked pie shell
- 1 qt fresh strawberries
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder
- Whipped cream
Directions
Fill shell with berries. Combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thick and clear. Add gelatin powder and mix well. Cool slightly, pour over berries. Chill. Top with sweetened whipped cream.
