We use extra care in our shipping as we want you to receive your product as advertised. Every item we ship will carry enough insurance to cover the item purchased.


Because of health and safety regulations we can't accept any returns on food products, no acceptions will be made. All food products have a shelf life expiration date. If any product is damaged in shipping you must follow this procedure:

  1. Contact the carrier and report the damaged item within 3 business days.
  2. Save all packing materials and shipping containers.
  3. The carriers inspectors will come out to inspect the product. They will remove the product if it is determined that the product was damaged in shipping. They will give you a receipt for the item.
  4. After you have received the receipt for the item make a copy of the claim and then keep the copy for your records. Send the original copy of the receipt to US.
  5. We must have the original copy of the receipt or it will cause a delay in processing your return.
